Mimar takes your project from the first conversation to the day you get the keys. We design it, guide it through council, and manage construction so the finished building matches the drawings.
The studio
Homes, restaurants, shops, schools and a hospital. Every brief is different, so we start with the people who will use the building and design from there.
Design and interiors under one roof
Mimar is a design and construction management studio led by Arif Pinar, with architectural and interior designers working side by side.
Our experience spans family homes and villas, restaurants, retail and event venues, education centres and student housing, and a hospital. Working across that range has taught us to listen first and to design for the client in front of us, rather than repeat a formula.
Having designed the project, we stay with it through construction. We manage the builder and the programme, and we check the work on site against the drawings, so the building you get is the building you approved.

Architectural design

Stages 01–02Interior design
